Area track meet moved to Thursday 4/11 due to weather!

This will include softball, baseball, track, bowling, golf, and powerlifting. Coaches have the order forms.
Congratulations to all our athletes who competed at the district track meet this week in Snook! Varsity girls finished 2nd overall advancing 10 to Area. Our boys team finished 1st overall with 15 moving on!

Today, March 27th, the Burton Panther Band traveled to Bastrop to participate in the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation. They have been working on 3 pieces to perform for 3 judges where they earned an Excellent Rating (2). Then they had to learn a brand new piece of music in 7 minutes in Sight-Reading where they earned a Superior Rating (1). Congratulations to the Burton Panther Band!
Thank you to Chief Brandon Renninger who came to talk to our students about the emergency services statewide program of study. The students had a blast putting on gear and learning about the different tools that they use!
Panther Baseball has been canceled for today, March 25.
